Trailhead is a master-planned community in Harrison, OH built around nature, recreation, and connection, with a trail system that links directly to Miami Whitewater Forest and a design ethos inspired by national parks. When Drees Homes launched the community in 2024, it marked a first in the company's 95-year history. A neighborhood with a brand identity entirely its own.

As lead designer, I developed everything from the ground up, including the logo, community signage, marketing materials, direct mail, advertising, and branded materials for a second builder on site.
